Going Paperless, Saving
"To remind and to grow" this is the sole purpose of celebrating the world environment day every year. What we need to remind is the fact that men and nature are two sides of the same coin and the existence of one is impossible without the other and growth is a term miserably misunderstood by the society.
It is utterly important for the humans to understand that that we are constantly developing with technology and advancements but growth has been on a comma. Because development is making life comfortable while growth shall make life possible till the end of time. As growth is a process for which we need to look into the future not just short term benefits and today our future states that we may be the last generation to live long and healthy lives with nature and sun shine because phenomenon like global warming, over population, depletion of ozone layer etc. are constantly deteriorating the environment . It is a heart-aching to know that we the human are main cause for this corrosion .
So every year we celebrate 5th June as world environment making it an opportunity to encourage people to plant more trees and to say 'no' to everything that could be harmful for mother nature. The importance of environment is undeniable and irreplaceable but the good news is you don't need to fight wars or give lives to pay your contribution for the protection of the same . Although it isn't possible for everyone to go hug trees and save them or to leave their lives and be the next green revolution but even some small efforts and little changes in your lives could just be enough. For all you know about a hundreds of trees are cut to make papers hence avoiding these papers in any way can be your way of saving the trees.
In this fast facing world it so simple to replace every ounce of paper from cash to bill to digital methods hence technology can be the medium leading you to the real growth you seek. Technology is faster and it also makes finding errors and correcting them easy for you. Imagine you have to write a story and you start writing, in search of the perfect idea you write and correct the story again and again, if you are writing this story on a laptop just a single click can correct the mistakes but if you use papers imagine how many papers you would waste and how many trees would it cost. Off course this doesn't mean that just avoiding papers would stop all the problems but something is better than nothing and by adding this small initiatives to your life you can aware and motivate so many others to make the right choice.
Lets contribute our little share by taking steps towards saving trees by promoting digital learning and walk towards a future lightened by sunrays, not just LED lights.
